Holy Hydration! Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm

This balm-to-oil cleanser melts makeup and sunscreen using a blend of lightweight esters, then rinses clean with water. Ceramides and a hyaluronic acid derivative are worked into the formula to keep the cleansing oils from stripping the skin barrier, and two peptides are included as a firming add-on. It's part of e.l.f.'s Holy Hydration line and works well as the first step in a double cleanse.
